Pulled leg muscle going to the kitchen!
Hamstring still hurts.

4 hours sleep...was listening to this

2 ltrs water


No exercise

4.30 minutes plank (achieved!)
Waist: 39" (failed)
Weight: 212 lbs (failed)
40 press-ups or 30 post-plank (hurt shoulder)
Be able to touch toes (straight legs) and also put fingertips on floor (failed)
Be able to sit cross-legged (old target carry over)
Bodyfat 24%     (achieved...just)
