Day 23

Before: 224.02 lbs

Bodyfat: 23.4

Yes, two pounds more than 22 days ago. So, is this all pointless?

After: 219 lbs
Bodyfat: 24.8%


10 hours sleep - maybe I am on to something here....

I'm changing:

a. sleep patterns
b. food
c. type of exercise

Then we'll see...

Seven short-term objectives for 25 March 
4.30 minutes plank (achieved!)
Waist: 39" (failed)
Weight: 212 lbs (failed)
40 press-ups or 30 post-plank (hurt shoulder)
Be able to touch toes (straight legs) and also put fingertips on floor (failed)
Be able to sit cross-legged (old target carry over)
Bodyfat 24%     (achieved...just)
