Ten days after my last post.
In those ten days owing to hamstring and muscle proglems I have done NO exercise. I have not even paid much attention to diet.
So, what physical shape am I in?
Before: 221 lbs
After: 217 lbs
That's a 2lb LOSS.
Food:
7 biscuits
porridge and flax seed
protein and milk drink
rib and vegetables
1 bar chocolate
3 ltrs tea
1 ltr water
Exercise
4.00 plank
33 press-ups
other exercises
Not that bad...considering.
I have mapped out my plan for the next ten days - so we shall see....
