Hamstring's a bit dodgy and I cough every 20 seconds or so. Those who know better than me (which is most people) say I shouldn't exercise as 'your body needs time to heal'. They politely don't mention age...
But I am going to return to weights etc and maybe hamstring-oriented exercises too.
Funnily enough owing to my cough and lack of sleep my weight is the lowest for years - down to 213 lbs....must be the water I sip all day to allow me to speak without spluttering on everyone...
